Are OJIA rugs really machine-washable?
Yes — every OJIA rug, mat and stair tread is machine-washable. Wash cold, do not use bleach, and hang to dry. For daily care, vacuum without a beater bar. There are no dry-clean-only products in our line.
Will the stair treads damage my wood, and do they need adhesive?
No adhesive required. The non-slip backing grips wooden, tile and laminate steps without glue and lifts off cleanly, so there is no sticky residue or damage to the finish. You can reposition them any time.
Do the rugs slip on hard floors?
Our stair treads and door mats have a built-in non-slip backing. For larger low-pile area rugs on smooth floors, we recommend a standard rug pad for the firmest hold — especially in high-traffic spots.
